Meet the Crew

Ahoy! We are Tim & Leanne Kopischke. Co-captains in life, avid adventure seekers and dedicated to making memories. Our sailing passion began in 2010 and evolved into a full-time engagement with the delivery of our custom-built boat at the start of 2023. Queen’s Dream was built to take us on the adventure of a lifetime, crossing the world’s oceans to distant shores, remote anchorages, and exotic locations. Dare we circumnavigate the whole globe? Fate will reveal our exact path in years to come …

Leanne (The Queen) hails from central Illinois (Fairbury). Highly educated, intelligent, talented, and determined. She invested 38 years as a successful businesswoman in Executive Banking – tremendously passionate about the success of her company and teams. Her love of people is unyielding – friends, family and life peers all receive her affection, trust, and compassion. A perfect Co-Captain in life and adventure.

Tim hails from western Kentucky (Paducah). Confident, persistent, and committed to challenging norms. He completed 37 years of energetic dedication to a single Technology company retiring at the Executive level. His passion for vision creation, imaginative leadership and obstinate drive were pinnacles of his career. His love of life, love of adventure and unquenchable thirst for new knowledge and experiences pairs him perfectly with Leanne in the complimenting Co-Captain role.
